an introduction to the customer service experience
As regular attendees will know, every month, on the 4th Thursday of the month, we run Creative Networking Breakfast events. These are held at The Hampton and cost just £12 for breakfast and networking.
Each event starts from 7.45am with informal networking over hot drinks and beverages while we all slowly wake up and are ready for the day ahead!
We then take to our seats for our 60 second pitches where we take turns to tell the room who we are, what we do, why we do it and who we want to do it for.
This is followed by breakfast time, there is an unlimited buffet of hot and cold foods that can be enjoyed for breakfast including sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms, black pudding, bubble & squeak, croissants, crumpets, pancakes, fruit salad, flapjacks, muffins and so much more.
Once we have finished table networking during breakfast it is time for our Guest Speaker to take to the floor. This month our talk is entitled: An Introduction to Customer Experience – 1st Impressions and will be presented by Paul Clayton.
Delegates will be able to take away at least 3 things that they can implement on the day, along the lines of Helping Successful Businesses to Increase their Success and achieve their goals.
We will then share any good news with each other and networking can continue with unlimited coffees and other hot drinks.
