If you’ve not been to a Creative Networking then you’ve been missing out on a fantastic networking opportunities with businesses in and around Cambridgeshire. The event is every other week and it’s open to everyone, whatever business you own or work for.
We start informally at 7.30am for coffees and chats, then it officially kicks off at 8am with everyone taking their turn to talk about their business and what they can offer to the rest of the group. Once everyone has spoken it’s ‘Breakfast Time’ where attendees can help themselves to a wide variety of breakfast items including sausages, bacon, eggs, croissants, fruit, yogurts, muffins and much more.
You can then enjoy your breakfast while networking with those at your table, refill your plate if you choose and then move tables and chat with another group of people.
We then have a presentation from a guest speaker, this time we are hearing from Andrew about the Work / Life Balance and the critical decisions we make to create a sustainable business;
The concept of ‘work-life balance’ is one which has been on the business agenda for some time, but is perhaps too often seen as the domain of the HR dept or in terms of regulation or compliance. In this talk, Andrew Collins from APC Coaching will suggest that work-life balance is a critical business issue that we must all consider and one which directly impacts on our wellbeing and long term effectiveness. Using case studies from his recent coaching practice, Andrew will discuss;

This is followed by one-to-one networking with a person (chosen at random) for ten minutes before we all come back together and pass any thanks or kind words to other people in the room that we have worked with or used the services of.
